Know that it's possible that whatever challenges you face, you can also see those challenges as being a gift, and as we unwrap that gift, it can lead to greater understanding. If it is that you're able to let go of the challenges that you face and come to a new understanding, through compassion for yourself as you deal with these circumstances or situations, you might be able to gain the potential for what’s available in the moment.

White - The Light Itself

When Vicky Wall left her work at the pharmacy many years before Aura- Soma came into being, she would collect herbs, put them into tinctures and make detailed notes about the process. Herbs and plants played an important part of her life and what she thought of as a hobby at this time before she began her later work as a podiatrist.  In these years before her blindness Vicky would write down where the plants were found, and what it was that she felt about them and her experience of their use. It was a wonderful thing to then discover, after Aura-Soma was born, the notes and details of the 49 herbs that had been gathered intuitively over a long period of time that were to become the base for the original White Pomander.

New Course - The Heart Within the Heart

Announced during the January global meditation on Zoom Mike shared that as we enter a nine year, this course is very appropriate. One of the main names for the nine Equilibrium bottle is 'The heart within the heart', otherwise known as the 'Transcendental heart', or 'The Crystal Cave'. The theme of the course will be to go  deeper into the energies of the heart and how it is that this step for humanity, to do with the heart and the new earth, is really something which is manifesting in spite of the external appearances at this point in time.
