Know that you are already forgiven and that its through being compassionate towards yourself that you may also be able to practice compassion to enable forgiveness towards others. By nurturing a sense of forgiveness, you open the doorway to a new connection to that which is most appropriate for you to come into your life.

Are you looking to restore your direction and purpose?

Aura-Soma founder and innovator Vicky Wall had a very strong connection with the consciousness of trees. Hugging a tree wasn't something that was a mystical idea for her, it was something that she actually practiced as a day to day ritual, something that was very important for her and how she went about her life.

Every day in the seven years that Mike spent with her, they would take a half an hour walk to hug a particular tree. It was part of a practice that not only helped Vicky’s heart but also to fulfil her purpose, to be able to give a sense of space, a sense of place, was the way she described it.

Like the action of hugging a tree, the colour green works to restore a sense of direction and purpose when you feel lost or disconnected.

From an Aura-Soma point of view, letting go is very important. Vicky Wall, the founder and innovator of the Aura-Soma system, stressed that importance.

Unless we learn how to let go it is difficult for the unfoldment of the light body to come about. When we are able to develop this skill and access this being aspect of ourselves, and combine it with the support of the being of the earth and the Chakra Path, we are able to experience something that is very profound.

During this five day course we will traverse each of the energy centres on Shire Farm’s unique Chakra Path, discovering how through walking with intention we can harmonize our body and consciousness as we cleanse, restore and rebalance from our busy lives.
