Try looking in the mirror and saying 'I'm beautiful the way I am' observe yourself as part of the inherent beauty in all creation. |

As the Flower Full Moon graces the skies this May, its luminous glow awakens the heart's deepest petals, inviting us into a space of tenderness, love, and renewal.

Reflections on the Coral and Turquoise experience shared in Miyako Island last month |

In his summing up of the course Mike shared that the polarity between coral and turquoise in Aura-Soma is particularly important because it symbolizes a journey of completion and awakening. He reflected on how the first time Turquoise appeared in the system of Aura-Soma was within Equilibrium 9 and marked the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new one. It is the heart within the heart, an opportunity for self-expression, and the unfolding of individual truth. Here in 2025, a 9 year, this completion energy invites reflection and transformation and the addition of coral when paired with turquoise deepens this journey. It brings awareness to the heart within the heart, encouraging non-judgmental self-observation and mindfulness. True mindfulness starts with the body, breath, movement, and sensations and helps us stay present, letting go of past and future judgments. This awareness allows the melting of “crystalized” emotions—patterns formed through conditioning or ancestral pain. Coral supports us to love ourselves as we are, seeing beauty in all forms, even those we once judged. It supports the journey of individuation: becoming who we truly are beyond patterns and expectations. By focusing on coral as in Equilibrium 87 (and 78) reminds us of the light body (8) and the testing of faith (7). These themes reflect the challenges and purpose of our incarnation. Our life circumstances, relationships, and even suffering are part of a soul agreement designed for growth.
During the days in Miyako, through mindfulness and self-acceptance we began to reconnect our soul’s purpose. The coral-turquoise polarity guiding us toward greater integration, self-love, and the unfoldment of light—within ourselves and across our soul’s lineage. |
