I believe it's valuable to discuss the destructiveness of gossip, not just within the
Aura-Soma community, but also for our own well-being. 

Engaging in gossip is ultimately counterproductive.

Vicky used to say "the only right we have as human beings is not to be negative", she often added that "when we judge others, we subject ourselves to judgment as well".

These are crucial themes for moving forward positively, ensuring that we clear our past and manifest a positive future.

Colour Exploration and Rejuvenation

During April the Academy began to gently wake up the Dev Aura kitchens, house and garden as we welcomed a group to the ever popular Aura-Soma Discovery Day.

It's always such a privilege to share the newfound wonder people experience when they begin to explore their colours for the first time. Throughout the day the sense of joy and feeling of rejuvenation was particularly palpable during our visit to Shire Farm.

The anticipation of summer is evident amidst the signs of new growth bursting forth everywhere you look. The lambs are growing stronger and to see and hear them as they playfully skip around and sweetly call out to navigate back to their mothers with their chorus of unique little bleats is always heartwarming.

The day was a reminder to us all of the benefits of taking time for ourselves and just how nurturing and restorative being within nature can be.
