Attention is synonymous with caring. Love in the little things implies giving our care to all the things in our lives we classify as not being important. When that happens we lose focus and quality in doing what we do. The quality is a reflection of how much attention we put into whatever we do. Love in the little things becomes implied when we are mindful in whatever we are doing.
The body is always in the here and now it’s only the mind that hangs on to the past or anticipates the future. The only place we change either is the present moment. In a sense mindfulness brings the possibility of ‘love from above’ , it’s always there but when we are practicing putting our love in the little things that awareness is opened up. |

New Inclusion into the diary – The Essence of Colour Malaysia 4-6th October 2025 |

Later this year, as part of Mike's upcoming regional tour before heading to Taiwan and Korea, he will be delivering this new course first in Kuala Lumpur. Through these days Mike will be exploring the Equilibrium as an interface between colour and number and how they combine to support and reveal more on your life’s journey. Together, through Mike's teachings and experiential group work using the Aura-Soma products, we will be looking at a new approach within the system that offers the depth of Aura-Soma in a simple way. |
