The body's chakra system, from the root through the second and third centers, and even the incarnational star, mirrors the structures and dynamics of the external world. For the past thousand years or so, humanity has largely operated from the solar plexus, the center associated with personal power, control, and fear. This era has been marked by struggle and domination.
To evolve beyond this, we must turn inward. Reaching the fourth energy center the heart requires integrating the lessons of the lower chakras and transforming them into compassion, understanding, and openness. This heart center, represented by the color green, invites us to create inner space where we can confront our truth.
Humanity is now moving toward the fourth dimension: the heart. Accessing this center is not easy, it asks us to release fear and let go of the need for control, yet the invitation to live from the heart to embrace love over fear is more present and powerful than ever.
