Aura-Soma Academy Newsletter June 2024

When we think about red, we're thinking about awakening, forgiveness and reconciliation.

This is the theme that we're pursuing at this point in time: that we're already forgiven.

Focus on that knowing that whatever it is that we've done, that we also need to forgive ourselves.

To balance the dualities within ourselves and where it is that we've given too much emphasis to those forces that bind us to the earth or indeed have aspired to those forces that pull us away from the being of the earth.

What connects you to the Colour Red?

As we shine our light on the Red area, we bring about the possibility of the Pink moving up to be expressed through the Emerald of the Heart so that we communicate our wisdom in the world with warmth and caring.

Associated with the Earth Star Red is a grounding energy, awakening that which lies at the root of our physicality, and our survival issues.

Red provides us with an opportunity to awaken the male/female energies within ourselves so that we have harmony throughout our whole being.

A message for the Community

Recorded in Spring 2024 Mike shares an important message for the community about how Aura-Soma must shift from where it is that we've been in terms of an intellectualisation of colour towards something that is relevant, and salient for this time.

Aurora Borealis May 2024

As the sun nears the peak of activity in its 11-year cycle, known as solar maximum, later this year, researchers have seen increasingly intense solar flares erupting from the fiery orb.

Increased solar activity causes auroras that dance around the Earth’s poles.

When the energized particles reach the Earth’s magnetic field, they interact with gases in the atmosphere to create different coloured light in the sky and on Friday the 10th of May we were lucky enough to capture it above Shire Farm.

What a magical and mesmerizing display it was and we are grateful to local Astro-photographer Jason Dean for these incredible images. 

Online Global Meditation

The next Global Peace Meditation will be led by Mike on June 23rd at 11:00 BST on Zoom

This is your monthly opportunity to join us, and hundreds of likeminded souls from around the world, live online for a meditation on peace.
