Moment to moment the opportunities that are available are dependent on where you are with yourself, what it is that you breathe into, what you're giving your life force to. That dependence in relation to how you are and what it is that you are, is a consequence of what you're practicing day to day.
Everybody is practicing something, whether that practice is to be the best that you can be, or whether it's less than the best that you can be, is something which only you can discriminate.
When you remember the star, the single cell as a memory within, you can be appropriate in the moment, you can be what it is that the moment asks of you from your being, from the interface between feeling and being, and the best that you can be is realised. |

Yellow helps you to come into the feeling aspect of your being. Within the energy of yellow, there is joy in the possibility of letting go fears and difficulties, in relation to over intellectualization and coming to a more feminine sense of yourself. Particularly appropriate in this time of the turning seasons yellow brings a sense of moving out of the shadow, into the light and encourages you to have fun. |

The Coral and Turquoise Miyako Island April 2025 |

Mike has described this calling to Miyako as a significant journey to a particularly beautiful island within the being of the earth.
During his time on the island, Mike has experienced Miyako to be in an energetically pure state relative to ancient wisdom and finds the coral energy to be very present.
This energy isn’t reflective of the coral reef around the island, its more to do with the granite slab in the ocean beneath the neighbouring islands that is attributed to the Lemurian temples. The coral energy associated with Miyako relates to Lemuria and how as a civilization they prioritised consciousness awareness. It's this connection with the coral and the opportunity for self observation, self awareness and the recognition of the importance of remembering that in our daily lives that is particularly poignant at this point in time.
In combination with the turquoise of the seas surrounding the island, what is offered during these days is an opportunity to both observe and absorb this energy as you ready yourself for the New Earth. |

From an Aura-Soma point of view, letting go is very important. Vicky Wall, the founder and innovator of the Aura-Soma system, stressed that importance.
Unless we learn how to let go it is difficult for the unfoldment of the light body to come about. When we are able to develop this skill and access this being aspect of ourselves, and combine it with the support of the being of the earth and the Chakra Path, we are able to experience something that is very profound.
During this five day course we will traverse each of the energy centres on Shire Farm’s unique Chakra Path, discovering how through walking with intention we can harmonize our body and consciousness as we cleanse, restore and rebalance from our busy lives.
